Responsibilities

• Support / lead development tracks of programme strategy for quantum communications and / or AI.
• With technology subject matter experts, conduct horizon scanning to identify key technology drivers and ecosystem players
• Support / create partnerships with local and overseas technology companies and governments to identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Conduct study on technology adoption and business needs and propose solutions to drive sustainable business models for industry adoption.
• Proactively monitor programme progress, identifying risks and challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage and handle programme operations, including scoping collaboration plan, procurement / grant call process, paper drafting and submission, track cashflow, knowledge management and others.
• Support internal and inter-agency taskforces, including development and presentation of programme updates and facilitate strategic planning.
