Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Sales Admin for a global technology client for 6 months & renewable contract role. In this role you will work with Renewal Sales Team, handling customer inquiries, generating quotes, and providing sales support.
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate Renewal Quotes : Manage and process renewal quotes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met.
- Channel Communication : Act as a point of contact for channel partners regarding renewal inquiries, providing support and resolving any issues related to the renewal process.
- Data Management : Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, ensuring all renewal information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaboration with Renewal Sales Team : Work closely with renewal sales reps to ensure seamless coordination and communication, assisting in the preparation of renewal proposals and managing any administrative tasks associated with renewals.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an international reporting environment, preferably within technology companiesAbility to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environmentAbility to collaborate with high-performing internal and outsourced teamsEfficient team player with a proactive approachExperience with Salesforce and Clari systems is a plus, though not essentialWell versed with GoogleSuite and MS Office applicationsCEI No : R1659595 / EA No : 07C3147
