JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist Operation Director in managing the entire operational aspect of the fashion retail boutique
• Oversee the recruitment, training and performance management of retail store employees
• Ensure exceptional customer service and customer experience standards are consistently met.
• Handle complex customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring resolution.
• Enforce store policies, procedures, and safety measures to create a secure environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with marketing and product strategies.
• Develop and execute sales and operational strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights for informed decision-making.
• Manage cash handling, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to optimize operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties
