System Engineer

At the heart of our COE is a commitment to designing reliable, intelligent, and tailored solutions using Danfoss products. From concept to commissioning, we deliver excellence at every stage, leveraging advanced technologies to power applications such as cranes, winches, electric chargers, renewable energy systems, and more.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging advanced drive systems with customer needs. With deep product expertise and industry-specific insights, you'll ensure our solutions exceed expectations. Working with diverse technologies and real-world applications, you'll experience continuous learning, hands-on innovation, and rewarding professional growth.

As a Drive Systems Engineer , you will :

• Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with sales managers to secure technically challenging projects by providing expert pre-sales guidance.
• System Design & Integration : Design electrical systems using Danfoss drives and power converters, integrating them with motors, grid connections, batteries, and other components.
• System Simulation & Analysis : Conduct system simulations and electrical studies to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Prototyping & Testing : Build and test systems in our Application Development Center, ensuring they function as intended.
• On-Site Commissioning : Travel to ports, power plants, factories, ships, and other locations to commission systems, ensuring seamless operation.
• Customer & Team Training : Provide technical training to customers and colleagues, empowering them to maximize the performance of Danfoss products and solutions.

You will take ownership of projects from initial concept to successful implementation, blending engineering expertise with project management to deliver results that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Requirements

Travel : Travel required for on-site commissioning at ports, power plants, factories, and ships across the region.
