Job description

Financial Reporting : Oversee and manage the financial reporting process for the listed company and selected subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with SGX listing rules and SFRS(I) standards.

Group Consolidation : Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.

Books & Records : Maintain complete and accurate financial records for the listed entity and specific subsidiaries, ensuring integrity in all financial transactions.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to SGX listing requirements and other relevant regulatory obligations.

Audit Coordination : Liaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth, timely, and accurate audit processes.

Internal Controls : Develop, implement, and monitor strong internal control systems to uphold the quality and reliability of financial reporting.

Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, including variance analysis.

Financial Analysis : Track and assess financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and consolidation processes, boosting efficiency and accuracy.
