Roles & Responsibilities

Our esteemed client is looking for Social Worker.

Responsibilities :

Manage individual youth cases, including conducting orientation, setting intervention goals, and timely reviews

Build and maintain partnerships with employers, schools, social service agencies, and community networks for reintegration support

Present case updates at formal platforms to report on intervention progress

Coordinate with operations teams to provide necessary case details for daily movement and logistics

Plan and conduct group activities or therapeutic group work for youth residents

Requirements :

Degree in Social Work or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the social service sector

Solid understanding of social work theories and intervention techniques; interest in developing clinical skills

Strong communication and coordination skills to engage youth and various stakeholders

Skilled in case assessment, planning, documentation, and administrative tasks

Passionate about youth development and making a meaningful impact on their lives
