The Youth Community Outreach Team (CREST-Youth) aims to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote early identification among youths aged 12 to 25. This is done through outreach events, engaging parents and peers in their recovery journeys, and linking them to suitable health and social support networks.
At Lakeside Family Service Centre, we believe in the power of meaningful work and the impact it can have on individuals and communities. We are dedicated to providing support and advocacy for families and individuals, ensuring they have access to equal opportunities and resources to thrive.
