JobDescription :

Facilitate Dementia Therapy(Training and tools will be provided)
Provide other homecare services, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Deliver professional, compassionate, patient-centredcare, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to therapeuticgoals
Family and Caregiver Support : Educate and supportfamily members and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and carestrategies to enhance patient outcomes
Facilitateengagement in adherence to the care plan
Ensure allservices comply with healthcare regulations, industry standards,and company policies
Work collaboratively with allrelevant personnel to ensure comprehensive care and effectiveservice delivery
Attend company-provided training andother required job-related training programs dutifully and maintainthe necessary level of competency
Participate and assistin company events, fairs, education talks, and trainingworkshops

JobRequirements :

GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma orequivalent

Experience in health care at home andassisted living environments is preferred but notrequired

Maintain accurate and timely documentation ofpatient progress, therapy sessions, and care plans followingcompany policies and regulatory standards

Must bewilling to undergo company training

Excellentobservational and problem-solving skills

Compassionate,patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care

Ability to work independently and manage timeeffectively

Excellent communication, stronginterpersonal skills, a positive attitude towards work and being ateam player

Ability to write and communicate inEnglish

Computerliteracy

Compensation :

Flexible working arrangements with work-life balance

NoShift work

5.5 days; Working hours : Mon to Fri 9am -6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm

Attractive remuneration packageranging from S$1,900 to S$4,000 (Basic + Commission +Incentive)
