We are seeking a Senior CRM Specialist who demonstrates a deep understanding of the company's product, be able to identify consumer touch-points and propose actionable items to meet customers' needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and communication skills, be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Senior CRM Specialist, you will : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product & Engineering, Marketing, Partnership) for effective GTM strategies Participate in CRM planning and executing CRM & campaign programs Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement and usage metrics (e.g. CTOR) Manage user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, push notifications, etc) and performance evaluation Conduct comprehensive experiment throughout the customer lifecycle to identify successful strategies for funnel conversion and customer engagement Coordinate analysis of industry trends to meet business objectives Create hypotheses, run A / B tests or other experimentations and apply basic statistics to improve campaign performance Spike the CRM applications to better plan and implement the campaign You will be a great match if you have : Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or BA roles Proficient in delivering campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A / B testing (or other different experimentations before) Sensitive to numbers, logical thinking and analytical skills Proven track record of using data and analytics tools to increase performance and enhance customer experience Excellent project management and communication skills Experience in SQL or HTML is an advantage Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Braze) is a plus Familiarity with Design software (e.g. Figma) is a plus Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and commitment Self-directed learner with a motivated attitude Quick to adapt to ever-changing and volatile market conditions Interest in and familiarity with financial news preferred Strong ownership of grey areas Powered by JazzHR
