Our client, a leading liquor company under a financially robust conglomerate, is preparing for a major product launch and market expansion in 2025. The company is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive scalable customer acquisition and optimize search visibility across various digital marketing platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage and monitor campaigns, ensuring the achievement of client objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in the consumer product industry.

Proficiency in Google Analytics 360 Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Google Display Ads, SEM, and event tracking.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
