Make an Impact by :

To support the Account Managers and Directors (Sales Team) in managing the accounts assigned, handling customers’ enquiries, escalations, and sales activities.

To understand and identify customer’s needs for quotation generation and order raising.

Support Sales Team in order raising, billing and customer reporting.

To understand and appreciate Singtel product and service offerings to provide better services and advice to customers.

To understand and help to improve internal processes to support the Sales Team in streamlining and improving the processes.

To achieve high customer satisfaction.

To play a key ambassador role for Singtel.

To meet financial KPI.

Independent, self-starter and strong strive.

Skills for Success :

Diploma and above with 2 or more years in sales support experience.

ICT / telco knowledge preferred.

Self-driven, and energetic.

Resourceful and creative.

Able to self-motivate.

Able to communicate and collaborate.

Able to project strong, positive image of self and Company.

Able to build good customer relationships at all levels.
