Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Events / Marketing Management or any other relevant disciplines. Diploma / Degree preferred, but NITEC or equivalent with relevant experience can be considered. Relevant operations experience for events / marketing is highly preferred Candidate who has relevant knowledge or work experience in digital media and technology will be advantageous Able to work independently and under pressure Excellent planning and organizational skills Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded Ability to manage crisis situations professionally Possess good spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates Willing to work overtime and on weekends, when necessary
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from sourcing of quotation to execution
- Attend campaign briefing with sales team, consolidate relevant project information, prepare proposal, and provide alternative solution to meet clients’ requirements
- Carry out site visit
- Submission of campaign proposal to relevant internal stakeholders and authorities for approval
- Monitor the production plan and schedule to utilize resources effectively and efficiently
- Oversee production, installation quality and on-site operation
- Oversee pre-event, dismantling / tear down or event set-up
- Act as the man liaison point with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. 3rd party vendors / suppliers) on all campaign operations issues, as well as timeliness and quality of delivery
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Manage operations in accordance with legislation and policies
- Responsible for project cost control
- Proactively propose creative ideas for special projects or long-term projects
- Actively look for new vendors to support the business
- Other ad-hoc projects and tasks
