Our aim is tobecome the preferred choice for users seeking to discover andpurchase affordable, high-quality products. We provide users withtailored, active, and efficient consumption experiences whileenabling merchants to access stable and reliable platform servicesin various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short videocontent e-commerce. Our vision is to make affordable andhigh-quality products easily accessible, enhancing the quality oflife for all. We are actively seeking Tech Lead Managers tocontribute to our team's growth and productsuccess.

E-Commerce's Governance and Experienceis a global team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthymarketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators. We focus onareas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, andsustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodityquality, and friction-free experiences to driveimprovement.

Responsibilities :

• Establish and manage the governance & experience techteam
• Design and architect solutions whileproviding technical support to engineers on theteam
• Align with product and organizationalobjectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliverkey results
• Define the long-term technicalroadmap for the team
• Contribute to technicaldecisions on projects across the productlineup
• Oversee the acquisition and developmentof software systems in organisational units.
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutionsand projects implemented in the organisation.
• Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept / solutions and providetechnical expertise on the development of software and platformfeatures, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors areconsidered.
