Lead high-stakes business negotiations and obtain long-term framework agreements by negotiating and closing.

Foster closer ties with current important clients and promote upselling via performance and trust.

To guarantee a flawless client experience, work together with the international operations, technical, and commercial teams.

Promote expansion by locating, pursuing, and closing high-value prospects with local shipowners, operators, and technical management firms.

Engage strategically by building rapport with senior stakeholders, such as procurement, fleet directors, superintendents, and performance managers.

Oversee commercial initiatives by creating and carrying out regional sales plans that complement global strategy.

Requirements :

Demonstrated success in B2B sales
Preferably has sales experience in the areas of shipping and technical maritime solutions.
An avid hunter who is passionate about constructing pipelines and closing new deals
Profound knowledge of the technological, commercial, and regulatory factors influencing shipping.
Self-assured in managing sales procedures with several stakeholders
Competent in value communication and solution selling
Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and at ease with local travel
