Business Analyst (API, Host to Host, Payments, SWIFT) - 1-year renewable contract - EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation – Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) focused on pricing models, billing structures, and client invoicing mechanisms.
• Define detailed functional specifications based on business requirements or user stories related to pricing and billing workflows.
• Analyse and propose “to-be” business and operational processes for pricing and billing, perform impact assessments and estimations.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage risks / issues related to scope creep and requirement changes.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide “Train-the-Trainer” sessions on pricing and billing enhancements.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in pricing strategies, billing systems, and corporate banking products.
• Clarify test findings escalated by QA teams and classify them as defects or change requests.
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests.
• Ensure compliance with financial services policies, procedures, and industry practices related to billing and pricing.
