• Manage key accounts for Temp / Contract roles
• Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels
• Adhere to all recruitment guidelines
• Acts as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up
• Build a consistent talent pipeline
