We place both permanent and contract roles across sectors such as Supply Chain & Procurement, IT, Engineering, Consumer & Lifestyle, and Professional Services. As we grow, we’re seeking experienced 360 recruiters who are serious about driving revenue, growing their client base, and contributing meaningfully to a high-performance team.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development and acquire new clients with hiring needs
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of job orders and recruitment opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Deliver consistent results against individual and team sales targets
- Cultivate long-term client relationships based on trust, delivery, and professionalism
- Work collaboratively while maintaining a strong sense of individual ownership and discipline

Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on business developmentCEI-certified and Degree holder preferredFamiliarity with Singapore’s employment landscape and recruitment trendsAble to work from our Singapore office (non-remote role)What We Offer
