You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and organizational culture.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to overall business growth.
