• Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
• Present candidates to clients, negotiate job offers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve recruitment processes.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
