Finance Executive (4-5 months Maternity Cover / Hybrid / AP) - D02 Anson, Tanjong Pagar, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

✅Singaporean only

✅Hybrid Working Style : 2 days work from office (Monday / Tuesday), 3 days work from home

✅Located at Tuas, transport Provided : Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Assistant Manager / Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance and accounting matters.
• Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice and expense claims verification, coding and system posting.
• Prepare payment across various payment mode.
• Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation, audit schedules and other reconciliation accounts.
• Manage journal entries such as accruals and reclassification.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
• Support Managers of F&A Department to deliver ad-hoc tasks from Japan HQ.
• Other ad hoc dept duties as assigned.
