About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the Channels and Digital Services Team . This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery in alignment with committed scope, time, and budget. The successful candidate will drive digital innovation initiatives to support the Bank’s growth strategy in Asia, working across wealth management and private banking.

You will manage Agile projects / squads, engage stakeholders across departments and geographies, and ensure delivery of digital channels and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Business Analysis

• Analyse and evaluate project ideas for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, risks, and success factors.
• Develop project proposals with defined objectives, resources, milestones, costs, and structure.
• Lead projects through demand governance processes and set up appropriate PM frameworks.
• Create detailed project plans, WBS (subprojects, work packages), and ensure delivery quality.
• Manage scope, time, budget, risks, and issues at operational level.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Lead project meetings such as SIT / UAT checkpoints, BRD / solution walkthroughs.
• Oversee roll-out / go-live and handover to operations teams.
• Ensure acceptance, approvals, and quality assurance measures are met.
• Drive product lifecycle management – from ideation and user feedback integration to scaling.
