Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the delivery of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the end-to-end project lifecycle including testing and implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
- Conduct systems analysis to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications , epics, and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and QA.
- Assist in preparing test plans , defining test scenarios , and managing test execution .
- Support project planning and contribute to upcoming initiatives by preparing documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help coordinate defect resolution.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).Experience in preparing business cases and impact assessments.Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.Tell employers what skills you have
