Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive. This role involves handling daily finance transactions and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The position requires someone who is comfortable with routine and manual work, with strong accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Assist with monthly closing, reconciliations, and preparation of reports.
- Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and audit requirements.
- Liaise with external vendors, customers, and auditors on finance-related matters.
Administration
Provide general office administration support, including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems.Assist in HR administration tasks such as maintaining staff records, leave tracking, and onboarding support.Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements
4 - 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Accounting and admin support.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with data entry.Meticulous, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.Tell employers what skills you have
