Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle export / import documents such as letter of credit (and bank

negotiation), bill of lading, Insurance Certificates and certificate of

origin.

contract documents and other trade / shipping paperwork.

facilitate smooth loading and discharging of shipment.

contract delivery period.

partners, and foreign agencies / authorities on shipping related

matters and to carry out prompt resolution of any contract issues and

disputes.

includes updated information on relevant local / international law,

regulations, practices, tariffs, duties, licences, and restrictions.

internal controls to improve workflow and cost efficiency.

the Trader during their absence.

team goals.

Requirements :

International Trade, or a related field of study, from a reputable

university.

commodity or international trading.

(Required to communicate effectively with China Office).
