About the

Role

As a Boutique

Host , you will be the first point of contact in our

boutique-setting the tone for an elevated, personalized experience.

With elegance, warmth, and precision, you'll welcome guests, manage

client flow, and ensure every detail reflects the highest standards

of luxury hospitality.

Key

Responsibilities

Greet

all clients and visitors with warmth, discretion, and

professionalism

Manage the client flow and

appointment system to ensure a seamless experience

Maintain the boutique ambiance, ensuring cleanliness,

presentation, and readiness at all times

Provide support during client appointments, boutique

events, and VIP experiences

Assist with

administrative tasks including guest logs, daily reports, and

service follow-ups

Work closely with Sales

Advisors and Management to uphold service

excellence

What We're

Looking For

Previous

experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or front-of-house

environments

Impeccable grooming, strong

interpersonal skills, and a poised demeanor

Passion for delivering refined and attentive customer

service

Able to work retail hours, including

weekends and public

holidays
