Account Manager / Business Development Manager - Freelance

Our company is looking for Account Manager (Recruitment) / Business Development Manager - Freelance.

Incumbent can refer Government / Enterprise Commercial Clients business who has staffing / recruitment needs to the organisation both locally or regionally.

Requirements :

• Strong Clientel base / contacts in the Enterprise / Government sectors.
• Proven track record in generating Leads / Contacts.
• Strong contacts in the IT / Consulting / Finance / Insurance industry.
• Experience in Business Development / Sales Management.
• Good with proposal and agreement management.
• Good knowledge of Information Technology / Technical.
• Experience in Bids & Tenders (an advantage).
• Demonstrated good involvement in Business Development, Stakeholder Management and Client Management.
• Good in negeotiation and price strategy management.
• Good contacts in the IT / Telecommunication / Consulting / Insurance / Banking industries.
• Minimum 3-5 years of International Sales / Enterprise Solution Sales experience.
• Track record in handling Sales in the Enterprise (Commercial) / Government (Defence) / Public Sector domain.
• Good referral scheme with high incentive / commission awarded.
