Warehouse Operations Executive

Job descriptionEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all staff. Address customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License. Clean driving record with no adverse history. Minimum of 2 years driving experience. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy items manually.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management :
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse.
Receiving and Shipping :
Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring they are checked for accuracy and quality.
Coordinate the packing and shipping of outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Compliance and Safety :
Team Support :
Assist in training new warehouse staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues that arise.
