We are seeking a skilled Procurement Corporate Counsel to join our Global Procurement Office. You will provide expert legal advice on procurement matters, lead contract negotiations, and support supplier strategies. You will draft and review supply agreements, develop contract templates, manage risk, and promote best practices across the organisation. You will serves as a key link between Legal and Procurement functions, ensuring compliance and governance while supporting initiatives in ESG, responsible sourcing, and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on procurement contracts, negotiations, supplier issues, and compliance with internal policies.
- Draft, review, and lead negotiations on complex global supply agreements to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional legal teams, manage external counsel, and coordinate consistent legal support across jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain procurement contract templates and deliver training on contract and negotiation best practices.
- Support dispute resolution, implement risk management processes, and drive robust governance in procurement activities.
- Advise on legal developments and integrate legal risk management into initiatives such as ESG, responsible sourcing, and digital transformation.
