Corporate Counsel - Mergers and Acquisition

Our client is a leading global payment technology provider

enabling seamless financial connectivity for businesses worldwide.

This client provide services including stablecoin-enabled corporate

cards, cross-border payout solutions, and integrated expense

management tools

What client is looking

for

Qualified to practise law in Hong

Kong or other common law jurisdictions.

3-6

years PQE with a focus on corporate transactions. Solid experience

in M&A is mandatory.

In-house experience

in a start-up environment and / or fintech or web3 industry is a

plus.

Excellent command of spoken and written

skills in English.

Familiarity with both

onshore and offshore deal structures and regulatory

frameworks.

Strong project management,

organization, negotiation and communication skills, with good

business sense and strong legal analytical skills.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced,

growth-stage environment and ability to navigate legal

ambiguity.
