Key Responsibilities :
Plan, manage, and
execute construction projects, ensuring timely completion within
budget and quality standards.
Supervise
construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors, and assign
responsibilities.
Monitor project progress,
resolve on-site issues, and adapt to changes in plans or
schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety
regulations, building codes, and legal
requirements.
Prepare and manage project
budgets, track expenses, and approve
invoices.
Conduct site inspections and oversee
quality control throughout the construction
process.
Serve as the main point of contact for
clients, architects, engineers, and other
stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and
prepare detailed progress reports.
Negotiate
contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable
terms.
Promote a safe, efficient, and
collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil
Engineering, Construction Management, or a related
field.
2 years of experience in construction
management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge
of construction methods, materials, and regulatory
requirements.
Excellent leadership,
organizational, and problem-solving
skills.
Proficiency in project management tools
and software (e.g., MS Project,
Primavera).
Exceptional communication and
negotiation abilities.
Certification in Project
Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
