Job Description

• Manage and maintain a full set of accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, including inventory accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, foreign exchange accounting, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts on a monthly basis
• Assist with tax preparation and external audits
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Participate in ad hoc projects and respond to evolving business or departmental needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Executive / Senior Specialist should have :

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline related field; ACCA / CPA / CA qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
• Proven experience in general ledger management, inventory reconciliations, and multi-currency / foreign exchange accounting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
