Business Development Manager

Job descriptionAnnual leave, medical leave, and comprehensive medical insurance coverage Variable bonus based on performance Learning and development opportunities to support career growth Employee referral rewards and access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Opportunities for global and regional networking Supportive team culture and a pleasant working environment Secure new clients and projects to meet sales and profitability targets Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through strategic networking Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to shape business strategies Oversee bid proposal reviews and serve as Bid Manager for large-scale projects Negotiate bid and contract terms with clients Lead, mentor, and develop the tender and business development teams to achieve performance goals Drive health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) targets within the team Represent and uphold the company’s brand and reputation Possess at least a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering Hold either the "Supervise Construction Work for WSH" certificate or the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers" Prior relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry Strong leadership and team management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Proficient in MS Office and Office 365. Knowledgeable in commercial and contractual project aspects.
