Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Has Singapore work experience in accounting & admin position Similar work experience in renovation trade will be an added advantage Prepare full set of accounts Monthly bank reconciliation Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) and send to debtors (maintain aging of AR) Ensure timely payment if bills and supplier invoices Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS matters Manage employees’ record and expenses claims Foreign workers matter (Apply / renew work permit, arrange medical check-up, maintain CSOC / Core trade / security bond expiry date etc) Insurance (renew WIC, Public Liability, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance) Prepare quotations & issue invoices Ad-hoc duties assigned by director
