Our CORE VALUES :IT Service Desk Engineer
Work Location : Central, Singapore
Job Type : 1 to 3 Years Contract, subject to renewal
About the Role :
The role focuses on providing comprehensive ICT support, including Desktop / Portable computers, software, CLIENT applications, and basic network issues. The ideal candidate will serve as the Single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for Helpdesk services, analyze business requirements, develop system solutions, and ensure quality through testing. Responsibilities include supporting users during UAT and post-implementation, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders. The candidate will also participate in ICT projects such as upgrades, maintenance, and relocations.
