- Flexi shift hours (min 4hrs / day).
- Initial 6 months in office (adjustable based on progress).
- Max 35hrs / week (per FHR guidelines).

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Enquiry Handling
Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner.Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently.Guide customers through our online ordering platforms.Order Logging & System Use
Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions.Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system.Data Entry & Reporting
Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations.Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers.Interdepartmental Coordination
Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests.Liaise with relevant teams to elevate unresolved issues where necessary.Refund & Shift Operations
Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines.Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
