Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships by providing timely and accurate support on client requests and inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports to support investment recommendations and client presentations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including compliance, operations, and credit, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the organization and execution of client events and meetings to enhance client engagement and relationship building.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in private banking segment.Must have CACS certification.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with banking software systems.Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Lily Yang, Recruit Avenue Pte.
