Job Description
- Receptionist / Admin Assistant
- Working Hours : 5 days work
- 8.30am-5.30pm
- Salary up to $3000 + AWS
- Staffs benefits
Job Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.Provide Warehouse & Logistics Support during shipment preparation and dispatchReceive, sort, and distribute packages and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch / letterbox daily for incoming mailsAssist HR in organizing company events, team bonding activities, and training sessionsSupport recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materialsReplenishment of pantry supplies and stationary ensure workplace in a clean and tidy mannerProvide general administrative supportAny other admin tasks as assignedRequirement :
Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or in similar disciplineWell-groomed and possess a pleasant dispositionGood interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people of all levelsGood team player with positive working attitudesAble to start work in a short notice periodSingaporean ONLYFor consideration, kindly submit your CV by clicking “APPLY NOW”
