Skills & Qualifications :
(1) Proven 2-3years customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
(2) Positive attitude, professional appearance and demeanour, ability to multitask in a busy environment.
(3) Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office, payment platforms).
(4) Basic knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping is a bonus.
(5) Responsible, Initiative, Quick-Witted, Problem Solver.
(6) Diploma qualifications or equivalent.
Job Scope :
(1) Act as the first point of contact, welcoming clients, vendors and creating a positive experience
(2) Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
(3) Manage stationery, office supplies, mail and office maintenance
(4) Perform administrative duties such as process vendor payments, courier services, data entry, filing and archiving, back-up of data and files
(5) Engage with vendors
(6) Respond to, resolve, or escalate issues such as repairs, operational support to Manager
(7) Assist with other task and office projects as assigned by the Manager
