UI / UX Designer - TECH-HIRE (S) PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, including research and UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with non-designers.
• Experience working in Agile teams, with a bias toward action and experimentation.
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Miro, and research / texting tools, etc.
• Good understanding of user research methods and the ability to analyse data to inform design decisions.
• Passion for learning, exploring new methods, and helping others grow.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
