Salary : $7,000

• $9,000 / month (inclusive of $100 mobile

allowance)

Job

Responsibilities :

Review tender documents, construction drawings, specifications, and

contracts to understand project requirements

Lead on-site construction activities and ensure quality, timely

progress, and adherence to budget and contract

specifications

works based on the master and detailed work

schedules

consultants and relevant authorities

and resolve design and technical issues with consultants and the

internal team

consultants to monitor site progress and prepare project progress

reports

ensure quality workmanship and timely

completion

completed works and manage any necessary

rectifications

claims and monitor project cash flow

compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory

requirements

practices and site

housekeeping

Requirements :

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project

management

recognized by the PE Board

communication, and coordination skills

manage project timelines, teams, and client

expectations

with LTA and handling LTA projects
