Procurement Manager

SCOPE OF

WORK

Procurement

Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement the project

procurement strategy aligned with project objectives, schedules,

and budgets. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and

project management teams to define procurement requirements and

timelines.;

Supplier Management : Lead the

sourcing, pre-qualification, and selection of suppliers / vendors for

materials, equipment, and subcontracting services. Negotiate

contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize cost, quality, and

delivery performance. Manage supplier relationships, monitor

performance, and resolve disputes or non-conformities.

Tendering & Contracting : Prepare and issue RFQs

(Request for Quotations), tenders, and bid evaluations. Administer

contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, HSE (Health, Safety,

Environment), and project requirements.

Team

Leadership : Supervise and mentor procurement team members,

fostering collaboration and professional

development.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or above in Supply Chain Management,

Management, Business or Engineering degree is preferred

Minimum 5 years experience in Offshore / Oil and Gas

environment

Experience procuring complex,

critical and high value equipment and material

Experience with Saudi Aramco / Qatar Energy project
