Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Responsible with daily account payable operations, including data entries, supplier invoices processing, payment preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assist with maintaining and updating of project financial report
- Assist with human resource functions, including payroll processing, employee claims, CPF Submission, and Work Pass related applications
- Ensure the company’s insurance policies are up-to-date and well-maintained, assisting with renewals and claims processing
- Procuring and maintaining of office stock and supplies
- Coordinate repair and maintanance of office equipment
- Assist finance in charge with daily operations
- Assist with external audit preparation and schedules
- Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements :
Candidates must possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalentCandidates with construction related industry will be prefered. Fresh-graduate are also welcomedProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is requiredKnowledge of MYOB or any accounting software, and Info-tech HRMS will be an advantageKnowledge of construction materials would be an advantageMust be able to communicate in English and MandarinMust be meticulous, organized and willing to learn mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlinesWe apologize, due to the lack of foreign quota, only Singaporean and SPR may apply .
