2. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineer or
Information Technology or related.
Management Knowledge and Experiences
Must
understand the overall software development life
cycle.
3 or more years of experience of IT
related project management or Delivery Lead. (Direct and manage
project development from beginning to
end)
Project Management Delivery tasks such as
approach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk
identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance
execution
Will be able to understand and follow
the process of the banking system development or implementation
project.
Skills
Must read, write and speak Japanese at a
high level (native / JLPT N1 or higher) to engage with our
Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Must
speak English at a high level (business English) to communicate
with team members from diverse cultural
backgrounds.
Knowledge and Experiences (as possible)
Will be
able to understand the banking system structure, and high-level
banking business.
