Senior Consultant, Ops PMO for SWIFT Gateway (for Banking Industry)

Position Overview :

The project aims to implement a new core banking system across APAC branches, with a specific focus on establishing and integrating a new SWIFT message gateway. The Senior Consultant will play a key role in leading the Operations team as PMO and ensuring successful delivery of the SWIFT gateway implementation.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the Operations team as PMO for the SWIFT gateway implementation across APAC branches.

Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage issues to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and validate business requirements and ensure system coverage.

Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including remote team members and client branches in different locations.

Provide consulting support on core banking operations and payment processes.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and communication materials.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a consulting firm within the banking industry.

Proven experience in PMO roles for package system implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE and Payment module.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Prior experience supporting or consulting on Japanese banking projects.

Understanding of core banking business processes and back‐office operations is an advantage.
