Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions and accepting orders.
- Knowledgeable of the menu and preparing them.
- Grinding, blending, brewing and highlighting the differences between items and answering customer queries about the menu.
- Maintain clean, well-stocked and updated displays
- Continuously expand knowledge in food and beverage
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
Qualifications & Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.Exceptional listening and communication skillsCommitted to customer satisfaction and service excellenceWillingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environmentTell employers what skills you have
