Roles & Responsibilities
- Support sales activities focused on contract logistics services such as warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile distribution.
- Assist in preparing and presenting tailored solutions to clients based on their logistics requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients, schedule meetings, and gather information needed for proposal development.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (warehouse ops, transport teams, solutions design) to ensure feasibility of proposed services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Monitor competitor offerings and support market research to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on progress toward sales and implementation goals.
- Provide strong after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
