About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AML Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our AML Technology & Operations team . In this role, you will drive compliance-focused initiatives, manage complex projects, and work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the bank.

You will play a key role in requirements management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement , ensuring initiatives align with group compliance strategies while leveraging cutting-edge AML and data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end requirements gathering for assigned AML projects.
• Drive business discussions, manage project scope, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide senior stakeholder management and deliver regular leadership updates.
• Support the full project lifecycle with a focus on analysis, design, and testing phases .
