Responsibilities : Assist the
Manager in overseeing daily customer service operations.
Prepare tables for service by clearing used items,
cleaning, and setting up for guests.
Welcome
walk-in customers and escort them to their seats.
Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and present
menus with explanations.
Serve food and drinks
from the kitchen to customers.
Train and
supervise wait staff on service procedures, customer engagement,
and menu knowledge.
Monitor customer
interactions, resolving conflicts or complaints as
needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety
regulations and service standards.
Schedule
shifts for staff based on operational needs and manage
payroll.
Lead and motivate staff, delegate
tasks, and address performance issues.
Perform
pre-opening and closing duties following standard operating
procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
standards within the restaurant.
Monitor food
presentation and quality, managing service recovery when
necessary.
Keep track of daily inventory and
supplies.
Support the Restaurant Manager with
work schedules and administrative tasks.
Aim
to meet sales targets while controlling costs for labor and F&B
supplies.
Perform additional duties as
assigned.
Requirements :
Diploma in Food & Beverage Services or Hospitality,
Hotel Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1
year of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory
duties.
Friendly attitude with excellent
customer service skills.
Ability to work well
in a high-volume environment with a team.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn and
grow.
Willing to work rotating shifts,
including weekends and public holidays.
Good
English communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary is commensurate with
experience.
