HR advisor, providing guidance on organizational design, talent
management, and initiatives that align with business
goals.

Present data-driven insights and recommendations to

structure, transformation, and growth. Ensure recruitment processes
are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business
needs.
to address departmental challenges and employee sentiment. Promote
a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity by driving
DE&I and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and maintain employee relations (ER) policies and
procedures, handle grievances, and ensure HR practices remain
compliant with evolving laws and regulations.
