Responsibilities :

Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance.

Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring KPIs; assist in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Analyze sales reports and propose action plans to improve revenue and productivity.

Motivate and guide team members to meet individual and team sales goals.

Participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing and shortlisting candidates.

Assist in onboarding, training, and performance management of new hires.

Maintain strong customer service standards and resolve escalated issues professionally.

Coordinate with HQ / management on marketing campaigns, promotions, and store initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

Min Local Diploma

Min 3 years recruitment working experience
